Bad Ass MAT moves

Overview

A spicy home PILATES workout on the MAT with Kylie using 2kg dumbbells and the squishy ball to add extra sizzle to your mat moves. This class will keep you flowing through nice stretches but also through those BAD ASS Pilates flows building the fire and the heat as we go. Abs, legs, arms and bum will all get a nice little smack! Props required- mat, dumbbells ( weight to your choice) and a squishy ball. Class is for all levels and 34 mins in length
