Jumping for Joy is a short class with Kylie using the jumpboard and footbar. All moves are full of jumping, cardio and rebounding exercises including footbar for ab jumping work.
Main focus is on the core and abdominals with that cardio hit.
Soft pilates ball and jumpboard required.
