Another beautiful restorative Reformer Pilates class by Kylie. A fab class for all to open the hips, lengthen the hamstrings and inner thighs and extend the spine. Slower paced and with a good core quivering moment too.. Reformer box needed + platform extender or yoga mat/ grip mat. Class will suit most. ** do not add the spine extension moves if you are not familiar with working in the position/ set up.
