Whilst our studio may be temporarily closed….We are super excited to offer our new range of online classes with PoP being able to come straight into your living room. We will have a wide range of 30 min pre-recorded videos in our video library and our virtual live-streaming classes will be coming soon too. All you need to do, is register to become an online member and the rest is easy as watching your favourite PoP teacher come to life in the palm of your hand whilst we endeavour to give you 5 new home workouts per week to keep you all fighting fit, healthy and staying safe the PoP way..
