Minimum of 4-hour’s notice is required by YOU to CANCEL your Group class booking. There is fee’s associated with No Showing. Please cancel through the Mindbody app or website.

Minimum 12-hour’s notice is required by YOU for Private and Semi-private appointment cancellations. You will be charged in full failing to cancel your appointment in time. Please cancel via phone call/message ONLY.

If you are under 16 years of age you must be accompanied by an adult/guardian in order to participate in classes at Pilates on Point.

All Clients under the age of 16 years committing to a membership MUST HAVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP/CONTRACT PROCESSED BY THE STUDIO AS YOUR PARENT/GUARDIAN IS REQUIRED TO SIGN OFF ON THE Ts & Cs.

All clients on Memberships please not: We politely ask you to respect that whilst you have advanced booking options available. WE have LIMITED REFORMER BED’s of only 10 so with this in mind- Please be respectful to others and always cancel your booked class within the time frames.
Memberships are a weekly direct debit policy.

Members will be charged a $20 cancellation fee for failing to cancel your group class/NO SHOW using the app or website. Members will be charged a $10 late fee if you consistently late cancel within the above mentioned time period.

Pack holders will lose their particular pass from their pack for failing to cancel your Group class/No Show using the app or website.

Membership includes ALL class styles excluding Privates/Semi-Private Sessions & the Mum’s & Bub’s class.

Memberships can be placed on hold up to 2 times per contracted term. Hold request must be put in writing to info@pilatesonpoint.com.au (Contact studio staff for further information)

The holding period will extend the length of your membership.

Memberships will automatically renew at the end of your contract term.

4 weeks’ notice must be given in writing to the studio to terminate your direct debit contract agreement.

$39 one-off Registration/Sign-up Fee is required from all new PoP Members.

$189 flat cancellation fee will apply if memberships are terminated within the contract period. (See studio staff)

All clients must be respectful toward others when participating in class. Selfish behaviour and general lack of concern towards others and their time will simply not be tolerated.

All clients will clean their own reformer machines and equipment down after each use and treat the reformers/equipment with careful respect.

If you are unwell, please be mindful that this is a place of health & wellness so please stay at home and rest up and we will see you back on the reformer when you fit and ready…

Liability Waiver

I hereby agree to the following;

That I am participating in physical activity at Pilates on Point which may include but not limited to Reformer Pilates. I recognise that any physical activity may be strenuous and may cause injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

I declare that I am physically able and I have no medical condition that will prevent my full participation in these classes. If I have any existing medical condition, I have been cleared by my doctor to participate in activities at Pilates on Point and explained these details on the Pop Health form.

I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damage known or unknown which I might incur as a result of participation in these activities or as a result of negligence. I knowingly and voluntarily waive any claim I may have against Pilates on Point for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result in participating in these activities.

I ,my heirs or legal representatives forever release from Liability, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Pilates on Point, Pilates on Point owners and its agents for any injury or death caused by any negligent act or omission

I have read the above release form and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
